Acting 3: Advanced Acting Workshop
For actors ready to take on sustained, script based work, Acting 3 is an eight week class centered on a single play or extended scene sequence, giving actors the chance to build and sustain a character arc across a full rehearsal process rather than isolated scenes. Actors will work scene by scene toward a cohesive through line, tracking objectives, obstacles, and relationships as they shift across the arc of the story. The class continues to draw from Meisner, Stanislavski, Stella Adler, and Uta Hagen, with a deeper focus on script analysis, given circumstances, and the discipline of building a role from first read to performance ready work. This is a space for actors who want to go further with a role than a single scene allows, working with the same material and the same community over the full eight weeks.
Prerequisite: completion of Acting 2 or an interview.
CURRENT SESSIONS SOLD OUT.
