Our education-focused productions are designed to foster literacy and social-emotional learning, with tickets priced at $12 or less per student to keep theater within reach for every classroom.

School Field Trip FAQs

Yes! We’ll just need to know your Title One percentage, which you can usually get from your school or administration. Our goal is to make our programs accessible to all schools, regardless of their funding status.
Our shows are designed to be as sensory-friendly as possible, with headphones and fidgets available for students who may need them. We also offer accessible seating, though availability may vary by venue. To ensure we can accommodate your needs, please let us know in advance if you require specific seating arrangements for your field trip.
When making a reservation, after selecting your show date and time, you’ll see a dropdown menu next to ‘Students + Adults Headcount.’ The number displayed represents the remaining available seats. Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate any additional seating beyond what is listed.
To ensure the safety of all children attending shows at Zach Theatre, teachers must now request a ticket access link before the show. This link allows them to distribute tickets only to pre-approved parents. Parent tickets will be available for purchase starting two weeks before the show and are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

For Parents

School Field Trip FAQs

We provide a parent link for purchasing seats, which are given directly to the teacher to distribute for student safety. This link will be available for two weeks before the show date (subject to availability) and operates on a first-come, first-served basis.
We don’t provide physical tickets for School Shows, if you receive a confirmation email you are good to go! If you would like to sit with your child, we recommend arriving before or at the same time as the school.
Unfortunately no, we do not allow walk-up purchases at this time. We are committed to ensuring the safety of all children attending shows at Zach Theatre. As part of this effort, we have updated our protocols for additional security, please reach out to your child’s teacher for the parent ticket link (see above).
