A planned gift is a meaningful way to ensure the future of Zach Theater, one of the original ten regional theaters in America. Thoughtful planning allows you to make a lasting impact while also helping you achieve personal financial goals, including tax benefits.

By making a planned gift, you’ll become a member of Zach’s Encore Legacy Circle, receiving special recognition and exclusive benefits, including:

Behind-the-scenes theater tours and events with Zach leadership
Acknowledgment in the printed program for a Mainstage production

Ways to Make A Planned Gift

Include Zach Theater in your will or trust to donate a portion of your assets, such as cash, personal property, or real estate.

Sample Bequest Language:

"I give Zach theater (TAX ID# 74-1369410), [specify amount, percentage of estate, or specific property] to be used for its general purposes."
If you are 70½ or older, you can transfer directly from your IRA to Zach without taxable income.

For those 72 and older, this can also satisfy your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD).
Important: The transfer must be made directly from the IRA to Zach to qualify as a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD).
