Donor Benefits

Annual Fund members at the Leading Role level and up can email [email protected] for:
- Booking tickets
- Exchanging tickets
- Donating tickets you can’t use
Please include your name, email, phone number, and desired performance date/time, and our VIP Ticketing team will ensure you’re taken care of promptly.
Annual Fund members at the Leading Role level and up will be added to the Serra Skyline Lounge guest list for any performance they have booked tickets for.

The Lounge offers comfortable seating, private restrooms, a full bar, and a scenic terrace overlooking the Austin skyline.

If you purchase tickets under a different name or within 48 hours of a performance, email [email protected] to ensure your name is added to the list.
Annual Fund members at the Designer’s Circle level and up receive complimentary reserved VIP parking in the Topfer theater lot.
- Simply give your name to the parking attendant upon arrival.
- Parking spots will be held until 15 minutes before showtime.
If you purchase tickets under a different name or within 48 hours of a performance, email [email protected] to ensure your name is on the list.
Zach offers exclusive behind-the-scenes events for different donor levels. All invitations are sent to the email on file.

House seats are full-priced, premium seats reserved for special audiences and are not available for sale to the general public.
- To reserve Zach house seats, email [email protected].
- To book Broadway house seats, email [email protected].
Offered during the second week of rehearsals for Mainstage productions, Working Rehearsals give donors a behind-the-scenes look at the creative process.

The evening includes:
- A reception with light bites & drinks
- An hour of rehearsal observation
- A Q&A session with the director and cast
The Invited Dress Rehearsal is the first performance with a live audience following the technical rehearsal process.

This is a full-length run-through with occasional stops for lighting, sound, or staging adjustments.
Annual Fund members at the Director’s Circle level can reserve the private Director’s Booth by emailing [email protected].

What to Expect:

Seating for up to 8 guests in a private viewing box

Glass windows that can be open (for live sound) or closed (with a live audio feed)

Complimentary refreshments including wine, water, and light snacks
Annual Fund members at the Director's Circle and up can reserve Broadway House Seats in NYC.

It is recommended to make requests at least 14 days before your show date.
Complimentary Tickets ("Devo Passes")

Starting with the 2024-25 Mainstage Season, Zach will no longer offer complimentary tickets as part of Annual Fund memberships.

Transition Plan:
- Donors who previously received complimentary tickets will receive 2 free tickets for the 24-25 season, redeemable during the first week of a performance run.
Donor Parking Updates

VIP Reserved Parking in the Topfer Lot will now be available only to Annual Fund members at the Designer’s Circle level and up.

Transition Plan:
- Donors who previously received complimentary parking will receive 1 free parking voucher for a performance of their choice in the 24-25 season.
- Subscribers will continue to receive their subscription parking benefit as usual.

Donating appreciated stock is a smart, tax-efficient way to support Zach.

Many employers offer matching gift programs for their employees and retirees.

Check with your HR department to see if your company will match your donation.
Complete a matching gift form and your contribution goes twice as far!
A Donor Advised Fund (DAF) allows you to donate cash, stock, or assets, receive an immediate tax deduction, and recommend grants to Zach over time.

Per IRS regulations, DAF gifts cannot be used for benefits with fair market value (e.g., parking passes, donor tickets). If you’d like a parking pass, please contact [email protected] [email protected]
If you’re 70½ or older, you can donate directly from your Individual Retirement Account (IRA) to Zach without realizing taxable income.

For those 72 and older, a charitable transfer can also satisfy your Required Minimum Distribution (RMD).
Important: The transfer must be made directly from your IRA to Zach to qualify as a Qualified Charitable Distribution (QCD).

- Bequests:
