Patron Policies

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable. Tickets may be exchanged for a different performance date within the run of the same production, for a 5% per ticket exchange fee. Season Ticket Holders can exchange tickets with no fee up until 48 hours before the scheduled performance. Dates, times, & titles are subject to change, but we will always keep you in the loop!

When purchasing tickets, you confirm that the information you provide (including name, address, and payment details) is accurate and current. Only a credit card that belongs to you, or one you’ve been expressly authorized to use by a friend or immediate family member, can be used for this purchase. To keep ticketing fair and secure, purchasers may not attempt to conceal their identity by any means, including but not limited to: using multiple email addresses or IP addresses. Tickets may not be sold or re-sold at any price without prior express consent from Zach. Valid ticket purchases are only made directly from Zach Theater’s website (zachtheater.org) or Box Office (202 S Lamar Blvd). Tickets obtained through unauthorized sources may be counterfeit, stolen, or otherwise invalid, and will therefore be considered void. We also reserve the right to suspend orders or sharing capabilities for tickets suspected to be fraudulent or in violation of these terms, including requiring Will Call pickup with photo ID and the valid purchasing credit card.

Tickets are non-refundable and all sales are final. Admission with a ticket is granted under Zach’s policies and venue guidelines, and that admission may be denied or ended without refund if these guidelines aren’t respected. Disruptive or disorderly conduct may result in removal from the venue, and admission may be revoked without refund.  Please see our full Code of Conduct here. By attending, you also grant permission for your image or likeness to be used in connection with event recording, transmission, or reproduction. To protect the artists, audience experience, and integrity of the production, taking photos or video during the performance is strictly prohibited, unless expressly authorized.

• Be kind and considerate - Treat everyone with respect. Harassment, discrimination, intimidation, racism, sexism, or any targeted behavior will not be tolerated. We have a zero-tolerance policy for such actions.
• Use respectful language - Offensive, discriminatory, threatening, or abusive language is prohibited.
• Keep noise to a minimum - Please avoid loud talking or other disruptions during performances. If you exit, please do so quietly and speak with a house manager to be reseated.
• Sit in your assigned seat - Remain in your assigned seat unless directed otherwise by staff. Please speak with the Box Office if you’d like to exchange seats.
• No smoking or vaping - All Zach venues are smoke-free and vape-free to respect patrons and preserve our spaces.
• Follow all safety instructions - Adhere to emergency procedures and follow directions from theater staff at all times.
• Keep it clean - Dispose of trash in the bins provided throughout the lobby. Vandalism, theft, or damage to property is strictly prohibited.
• Use devices responsibly - Silence mobile devices and be mindful of others during performances. Photography and recording are in direct violation of copyright laws and are not permitted.
