The Topfer
The Topfer at Zach Theater is our premiere performance space. This proscenium theater seats 436 in a graceful arc around a generously sized stage. The Armstrong Auditorium’s superb acoustics are perfectly suited for everything from musical concerts to corporate presentations. State of the art lighting, sound, and audio-visual equipment will make your event shine and your guests praising you for your choice of venues.

Grand Lobby
The Grand Lobby of the Topfer is just that–GRAND! As you approach the entrance, you step through a soaring 3-story glass façade into a magnificent space designed to impress. Beautifully lit and furnished, the Grand Lobby is the perfect space for your downtown party or event. Adjoining the Grand Lobby is our first floor lounge, which features a full bar and magnificent views of Austin’s skyline. Day or evening, this is one of the most unique spaces in town!

Serra Skyline Lounge
The Serra Skyline Lounge is one of Austin’s premiere private event spaces. This intimate lounge is perched high above the tree tops and features a beautiful view of the city skyline. Whether hosting a daytime or evening event, your guests will enjoy the panoramic views. The Terkel Terrace overlooks Lady Bird Lake and parklands perfect for photos.
