When You Arrive
- Performance run times at Zach vary from show to show, so make sure to check your show's details before heading to the theater.
- Drinks and snacks purchased at Zach are welcome in the theater.

New This Season
Easier Entry, Faster Seating
We’re lighting the way to a smoother arrival at the theater! Starting this season, all tickets will be scanned at the front doors of the Kleberg Theater—making it easier than ever to get to your seat.
Here’s what to know:
- Picking up tickets at Will Call? Head inside and the will call desk is located to your left.
- Already have your tickets (mobile or printed)? Head inside and enjoy a refreshment or take your seat when the stage doors open.
We can’t wait to welcome you in and get the show started!

Open 90 minutes before curtain—for specialty cocktails and classic concessions to light up your night.

Pre-order your drinks and snacks before the show at the bar—just scan a QR code in the lobby and they’ll be waiting for you when the curtain falls on Act 1.
Heads up: Outside food and bar drinks aren’t allowed inside the theater.

- Parking is $15 per car
- Credit card only
- Additional parking is available at Zilker Point (218 S. Lamar Blvd.), accessible via Toomey Road

- Enjoy complimentary parking in our designated lot (based on availability)
- Arrive at least 45 minutes early for best parking options
- Mainstage Season Ticketholders: Bring your hangtag—it helps our attendants direct you
- Zach XP Subscribers: Just give your name to the attendant at arrival
- Complimentary parking is valid 2.5 hours before showtime
- Please note: Parking outside of showtimes may result in a citation
