Join the dynamic and rewarding team of Zach Volunteers and be a part of bringing live theater to life! Volunteers are essential to Zach’s success, serving in a variety of roles that enhance the audience experience and support the behind-the-scenes magic of the theater.

- Ushering and ticket scanning
- Gift Shop staffing
- Greeters and lobby information desk
- Administrative assistance and special projects
- Community ambassadors and goodwill representatives
Volunteering at Zach is a great way to meet new people, expand your social and professional network, and gain insight into the world of professional theater—all while experiencing outstanding productions!
- Commit to working at least six events per season (September–August)
- Stand for up to 1.5 hours at a time
- Navigate stairs to assist guests and support emergency evacuations if needed
- Follow the dress code for most shows: black attire with comfortable shoes

Volunteers can easily sign up for events via our online scheduling system, offering a variety of opportunities to accommodate different schedules.
